Effect Of Shen Ze Double Down Soup On RAAS Of Elderly Diabetic Patients With Hypertension

Objective: To observe the difference of Renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS) between the elderly and non elderly diabetic patients with high blood pressure and Effect of Shen Ze double down soup on the RAAS of elderly diabetic patients with hypertension, as well as the correlation of multiple clinical indicators, The intervention effect of Shen Ze double down soup on hypertension in aged diabetic patients with RAAS, In order to provide the basis for improving the clinical effect.Methods: This study used a randomized, open control study. To meet the requirements of the study of 90 the diabetic patients with hypertension were randomly divided into three groups: Elderly treatment group:(Age ≥60); Non-elderly treatment group:(Age<60); Elderly control groups:(Age ≥60).The three groups were on the basis of conventional Western medicine hypoglycemic and antihypertensive treatment. The elderly and non-elderly group therapy treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy,Combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound Shen Ze double down soup granules, a daily dose, half a month for a period of treatment。Before and after treatment,to observe clinical symptoms Indexes integration,RAAS, blood sugar,blood pressure and blood lipids, etc. index changes.And adverse reactions, compliance, etc.Results: Before treatment: There was no significant difference in sex, BMI, HbA1 c,blood sugar, blood pressure,blood lipids and other baseline data of the three groups,and they were comparable. Before treatment, the non-elderly treatment group PRA(horizontal and standing position), AngⅡ(horizontal and standing position), ALD(horizontal and standing position) were significantly higher than the elderly treatment group and the elderly control groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); After treatment, the two treatment groups in clinical symptoms efficacy of TCM and main symptoms efficacy, RAAS level, blood sugar, blood pressure, lipid levels and other indicators improved significantly, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05 or P <0.01); The elderly control groups in blood sugar, blood pressure, blood lipid levels(TG, TC) and other indicators have slightly improved(P<0.05 or P <0.01);The two treatment group than the control group(elderly) in clinical symptoms efficacy of TCM and main symptoms efficacy, blood sugar, blood pressure, blood lipid levels and other indicators to improve is more outstanding,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion:Shen Ze double down soup treate Qi and yin deficiency or Including phlegm,blood stasis and Yang Kang type diabetic patients with hypertension.Not only can improve the clinical symptoms and efficacy, Lower blood sugar,blood pressure,regulate blood lipid, also can reduce the diabetic patients with hypertension level of RAAS.
