Study On The Development Status,Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Grass-Roots Public Health Services In X Country Of Xuzhou

Rural grass-roots public health is an important cornerstone of the national medical and health system,and the primary link to ensure the health needs of national residents.The novel outbreak in early 2020 and the reality of its prevention and control have revealed that the weakness of China’s health services is still the vast rural areas and rural residents.Therefore,to improve the capacity of rural grassroots public medical and health services is a livelihood project that the state requires,the people expect,and the government is responsible for.Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020,public health service institutions in X County,Xuzhou city,especially rural grass-roots public health service institutions,have played an active role in daily epidemic investigation,daily diagnosis and treatment maintenance,isolation observation and other daily work,but a large number of problems have also been exposed.Writing for the purpose of this paper is to study Xuzhou X County rural grassroots public health service development present situation,discovered the existing problems,and put forward the suggestions and countermeasures of targeted,We will effectively improve the capacity of rural areas to respond to public health emergencies.This paper takes the rural grass-roots public health service behavior in X County of Xuzhou city as the research object,and firstly clarifies the relevant concepts of rural grass-roots public health.Then,22 township health centers and 343 village health centers in X County of Xuzhou were selected to analyze the prevailing problems in rural grass-roots public health services in X County of Xuzhou from the aspects of service system,infrastructure,human resources,villagers’ satisfaction and demand.The research found that the current rural grass-roots public health services in X County of Xuzhou city exist in the service system,information construction lack of overall design and management;Inadequate investment in infrastructure and emergency supplies;The legal system is not perfect,and the relevant policy support is insufficient.Aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward the idea of perfecting the service system and giving full play to the function of information system.We will ensure that the government takes primary responsibility and ensure basic input through multiple channels.Optimize human resource policies and form sustainable talent development;The establishment of a good financial investment mechanism,and the legal protection of four aspects of countermeasures and suggestions,improve the ability to cope with public health emergencies,build a solid foundation for rural health.It is hoped that the study of this paper can not only promote the healthy development of rural grass-roots public health services in X County of Xuzhou city,but also provide certain reference for the healthy development of rural grass-roots public health services in China.
