Based on previous studies, this research took medical risk decisions of cancer patients as an example to systematically study factors and characteristics in medical-making,using method of questionnaires and experiment. First, we discussed the structure of risk perception, on this basis, we studied the mechanisms of decision-making and the characteristics in decision-making. The results are as follows:(1) Risk perception is made up of three factors:economic risk, physical risk, psychosocial risk. The reliability and validity of the scale were high enough.(2) Three dimensions of risk perception which includes economic risk, physical risk and psychosocial risk three dimensions have a positive influence on treatment decision. So do risk propensity.(3) Risk propensity has partial mediate effect on economic risk and Treatment Decision, while it doesn't have mediate effect on physical risk, psychosocial risk and treatment decision.(4) As are the following characteristics in cancer patient:framing effect exist in medical decision-making for both patients with high Risk propensity or low. There are significant differences on gender, household location, child, and payment, but there are no significant differences among different age, education, marital status and income. |
