Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Serum AsAb By QianLieShuTong Capsules Combined Treatment With Various Doses Of Prednisone

Objective:To study the QianLieShuTong Capsules Chinese medicine Combined Treatmentwith various doses of Prednisone preparation treatment of immune infertility,anti-spermantibodies(AsAb) turn to negative clinical effect,clinical use of Chinese meddical CombinedTreatment with various doses of Prednisone for the treatment of immune infertility to providean effective method.Methods: The outpatient routine in patients with infertility semen analysis,AsAb,the selectedAsAb positive and met the inclusion criteria of 267 infertile patients,made it clear to the patientcondition in detail,in the case of their consent to treatment will be randomly divided into twotreatment groups ( 126 and 88 persons) and a control group(53 persons).Be treated separately,2 months for a course of treatment ,after a course of therapeutic effect,AsAb still positive tonext cycle.The total course of treatment for 6 months. Treatment group 1:Using theQianLieShuTong Capsules combined treatment with small dose prednisone:OralQianLieShuTong Capsules, 1.2g/time, tid; prednisone tablets, 5mg/time, bid. Treatment group 2:Using the QianLieShuTong Capsules combined treatment with large dose prednisone:OralQianLieShuTong Capsules, 1.2g/time, tid; Oral prednisone tablets 5mg/time, tid ; Controlgroup : Oral prednisone tablets 5mg/time, tid.serum AsAb negative,semen quality index(liquefaction time,survival rate,density)changes were observed. The results index was analyzed withSSPS 13.0,t-test with measurement data,χ2-test with qualitative data.Results: The treatment group efficiency 93.65% and 86.36%, the control group efficiency64.15%,the treatment group compared with the control group were significantlydifferent(P<0.01);No difference between the two treatment groups was significant.Conclusion:The QianLieShuTong Capsules Chinese medicine Combined Treatment withLowdose Prednisone marked effect of immune infertility..
