Objective: To explore the protective effects of Rho-Kinase inhibition (Fasudil hydrochloride) in intracerebral hemorrhage rats, whose neurological function were damaged. Methods: Developing the not coagulation which was taken from the rat tail and injecting it to the brain internal capsule to establish the model of intracerebral hemorrhage. 250+15g male Wistar rats were divided into three groups: control group, intracerebral hemorrhage group(ICH group) and Fasudil hydrochloride treated group. Fasudil hydrochloride was intraperitoneally injected in the dosage of 12mg/kg/d in treated group from hour 24 after intracerebral hemorrhage, and followed by 7 days. Rats in control and ICH group were injected with normal saline as control. Neurological deficit score was evaluated by Bederson ways. Kill the rat and take the brain after the success of model.Application of improving there-color staining to observe the brain tissue around the hematoma pathological changes. Results: Fasudil hydrochloride may significant ameliorate degree of neurological deficit rats, lessen pathological changes of axon and myelin sheath. After intervention of Fasudil hydrochloride, the water around the hematoma and neurological score were statistically decreased compared with that of ICH group (P<0.05), but increased obviously compared with that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Fasudil hydrochloride protects effectively neurological deficit on intracerebral hemorrhage rats;Improving there-color staining is a better staining of nervous.
