The Clinical Study Of Fuxueping Granule In Treating Child-bearing Age Anovulatory Dysfunctiona Uterine Bleeding With Blood Stasis And Caloric And Qi Deficiency Syndromeand

Objective:To investigate the hemostatic effect of Fuxueping Granule in treating Child-bearing age anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with hot blood and qi deficiency form and its mechanism. Methods:60 cases of Child-bearing age anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with Blood Stasis and Caloric and Qi deficiency form, were divided randomly into the treatment group (30 cases, treated with FXPG), the control group (30 case, treated with ZKC). The hemostasis effect,the improvements of clinical symptoms and prothrombrn time(PT)and activated partial prothrombrn time(APTT), the Endometrial thickness and the blood rheology in change. Results:The clinical total efficiency is 90.00% in treament group,and 63.33% in control group,there is significent difference between them(P<0.05); The improvements of clinical symptoms and symptom integra are difference between them (P<0.05). The contents of Endometrial thickness and the blood rheology of two groups were less than before treatment, meanwhile,the shorting of TTand APTT in treatment group are significent difference between pretreatment and post-treatment (P<0.05).The difference is significent compared with control group (P<0.05) Conclusion:The hemostatic effect of Fuxueping Granule in treating Child-bearing age anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding With Blood Stasis and Caloric and Qi deficiency Syndromeand were obvious. The mechanism may be related to shortening of prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time, reduce endometrial thickness and uterine blood rheology to improve local micro-environment, anti-bacterial and other relevant anti-inflammatorv.
