Research The Ploysystic Ovary Syndrome Clinical Application Of The Model Of Diagnosis And Treatment Of Differentiation Of Constitutiom, Disease And Syndrome

Objective:To Investigate the characteristic of syndrome elements, the relationship between TCM Constitution and diseases in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS),to provide certain evidence for the studay on the model of diagnosis and treatment of differentition of constitution, disease and syndrome applies to PCOS. Methods:used epidemiological survey methods,by means of question investigation, collecting clinical data on the patients met the inclusion criteria, in accordance with the scoring system of constitution and standard of dignosis of syndrome elements, judging of the patient's constitution and syndrome elements to establish a computer database entry, using SPSS13.0 software for statistical analysis, analysis of the characteristic of syndrome elements and the relationship between TCM Constitution and diseases in polycystic ovary syndrome.Results:1. Distribution of patients with PCOS were nine types of constitutions: Qi-deficiency type (accounting for 26.39%), Qi-depression type (accounting for22.22%), Gentleness type (accounting for 19.44%), Yang-deficiency type (accounting for 13.89%), Blood-stasis type (accounting for 13.89%), Wet-heat type (accounting for 12.50%), Phlegm-wetness type (accounting for 12.50%), Yin-deficiency type (accounting for 5.56%), Special diathesis type (accounting for2.78%). Compared with normal people, of which Gentleness type, Phlegm-wetness type,Wet-heat type, Qi-depression type and Blood-stasis type,between the two groups was significant difference.2.Extracted 5 syndrome elements of position of Diseases in PCOS:liver, spleen, kidney, skin, uterus, including kidney, uterus, liver, spleen accumulated four constituent ratio reached 93.56%; Extracted 5 syndrome elements of nature of Diseases in PCOS:Qi-stagnation, Phlegm-wetness, Blood-stasis, Yang-deficiency, Yin-deficiency, which Qi-stagnation, Yang-deficiency, Phlegm-wetness accumulated three constituent ratio reached 74.65%. Conclusion:1.The constitutions in chinese medicin of the patients with PCOS were mostly Phlegm-wetness type, Wet-heat type, Blood-stasis type and Qi-depression type; 2.The position of PCOS more involving kidney, uterus, liver, spleen closely related to disease;the nature mainly is Qi-stagnation, Yang-deficiency, Phlegm-wetness; 3. the model of diagnosis and treatment of differentition of constitution, disease and syndrome in PCOS is beneficial to the objective, standardized treatment.
