| Objective:To study the effect of cluster needing of scalp point theray combination of cognitive training in acupuncture treatment of mild cognitive impairment.Methods:The First Social Welfare Institute in Harbin for the study of the elderly patients. selected met the inclusion criteria 60 patients with mild cognitive impairment, according to randomly divided them into two groups:the cluster needling of scalp point theray with cognitive training.Training group (treatment group) and the cognitive training group (control group), treatment group,30 cases with plexus puncture with the needle in the district's scalp and the left frontal temporal area, left pin 6 hours,30 minutes, twisting each one, at the same time cognitive training, cognitive training methods:the main attention to training and memory training, according to the cognitive scale scores to other training methods.30 patients taking a simple cognitive training. Two groups 1 day, 6 days a week, rest one day, continuously for 8 weeks. After treatment, further MoCA rating scale. Rating scale before and after treatment, were analyzed statistically to compare the scale score difference.Results:1,two groups of patients with mild cognitive impairment before and after treatment MoCA scale scores were significantly different (p<0.01).2,MoCA two groups of patients with mild cognitive impairment scale score later treatment between the two groups are different (p<0.05).3,observation group was80.0% in the control group was 66.7%, the two are different (P<0.05).Conclusion:1,The cluster needling of scalp point theray with cognitive training can improve cognitive impairment in patients with mild cognitive function.2,The efficacy of mild cognitive impairment with cluster needling of scalp point theray combined cognitive training is more effective than cognitive training alone. |
