| PurPose: Childhood obesity is a kind of chronic disease whose main characteristics is too much body fat content, and harm to adolescent health develoPment, which is the school Physical education and health education field Problem to be solved. Based on the Primary school students of obesit for observation, Physical quality evaluation and body comPosition, Pulmonary function testing methods and electrocardiogram were adoPted to study the effect of aerobic exercise interventions on obesity young children's body function, in order to Provide the scientific basis for Physical exercise for Primary school students of obesity.Method: 30 Primary school boys of obesity(age 10.44±0.3 year olds, body height 155.25±3.85cm) and 30 normal control boys(age 10.52±0.51 year olds, body height 154.4±3.54cm) were chosen as the research object, to observe the change of Physical quality, body comPosition, Pulmonary function and electrocardiogram, etc. for obese children on aerobic exercise.Four kinds of exercise were alternately aPPlied for Aerobic exercise, such as cadence gymnastics, single or double skiP roPe, coming-and-going run. Each exercise sustained 40min, and warming-uP sPent 10min. Four times exercise every week, and duration time were 12 weeks in total.Result:(1)body fat Percentage and FFM obviously imProved before and after exercise in Obese grouP(P<0.05);(2)such indexes of Lung function as FRC, MVV, V50 /Ht,PEFR obviously imProved before and after exercise in Obese grouP(P<0.05), FEV1 had most obvious changes before and after exercise(P<0.01);(3)such indexes of Ecg as QTd and QTc were obviously decreased about obese children, there were significant differences before and after exercise(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Obesity may make lung ventilation resistance of children increased, the ventilation function decline, however, the exercise may make lung ventilation function imProved. (2)The obese child's discrete degrees of QT was extended. It showed that obesity had increased significantly children's heart burden, and aerobic exercise had certain Protective effect on the children's heart. |
