Background: According to the World Drug Report(WDR)issued by the United Nations Office On Drugs and Crime(UNODC)on June 26,2018,at least once a year globally.The number of people has remained stable,with about 275 million people,accounting for 5.6% of the world’s population aged 15 to64.Every 20 people are taking some kind of illegal drugs,and about 30 million of them are addicted to drugs.The drug problem is a difficult problem in the world.In our country,the phenomenon of drug abuse is also becoming more and more serious.According to the 2017 China Drug Situation Report released by the National Anti-Drug Committee Office in 2017,as of the end of 2017,there were a total of 2.553 million drug users nationwide.Name(except for those who did not find relapse in three years),an increase of 1.9% over 2016.Among them,532,000 reviewers were seized and 61% of synthetic drugs were used.[1] The use of drugs will bring many social problems,and criminal incidents such as drug trafficking,drug abuse,and violent attacks bear the brunt.In addition,the physical and mental damage of drug users,the increase in suicide self-harm rate,and drug abuse among young people cannot be ignored.Therefore,helping the drug users to recover and detoxify has become the focus of the whole society and a difficult problem to be solved.purposes: This study is based on the intervention of sports intervention.Choose different types of exercise: aerobics and strength training.Through the comparison of the data between the groups in the training group,the body composition,plasma β-EP levels and drug cravings were observed before and after the experimental training with two different exercise modes.The change in the degree score.Explore the feasibility and effectiveness of sports intervention rehabilitation treatment,and find the most suitable exercise mode for drug users.The aim is to provide more possibilities and reference for drug addicts to alleviate the pain of withdrawal response,improve physical fitness,and eliminate drug addiction and reduce relapse rate.methods: Based on reviewing relevant literatures,this study selected different ways of exercise as a means of exercise intervention detoxification,and compared the changes in body composition,β-endorphin,and drug craving scores.Observed.Exploring the effects and feasibility of different forms of exercise intervention on rehabilitation therapy for detoxification.90 detoxification personnel who met the criteria for participation in Yancheng Fangqiang Compulsory Detoxification were selected as subjects.90 people were randomly divided into aerobic exercise group(O group),strength training group(F group)and control group(N group),through aerobic exercise and strength training intervention training group for eight weeks,using body composition measurement,blood index plasma β-endorphin level detection and drug hunger metrics and statistical scores in the form of 90 test drug addicts Eight weeks of experimental intervention was used to detect the body composition,plasma β-endorphin concentration level and drug craving degree score.The data obtained by the test were used to analyze the effect of aerobic exercise and strength training intervention on the rehabilitation effect of drug rehabilitation personnel.Results: 1.After eight weeks of aerobic training,the body weight,body fat percentage,and fat content of the aerobic group(O group)were significantly lower than those before training(P<0.05).Participation in strength training for eight weeks.The weight loss of the strength group(F group)was significantly higher than that before training(P<0.05).2.The content of β-endorphin in the plasma of detoxification personnel participating in the eight-week experiment,aerobic group(O group),strength group(F group)and control group(N group)was generally higher than that before the experiment.(P<0.05);the changes in plasma β-EP in the aerobic group(O group)and the strength group(F group)were significantly different from those in the control group(N group)(P<0.05);The amount of plasma β-EP in the oxygen group(group O)was significantly different from that in the strength group(group F)(P < 0.05).3.After participating in acute exercise,the plasma levels of β-EP in15 patients in the aerobic group(O group)and 15 in the strength group(F group)were significantly higher than those before acute exercise(P<0.05).The changes of plasma β-EP before and after acute exercise in the aerobic group(O group)were not statistically significant compared with the strength group(F group)(P>0.05).4.After participating in the eight-week training period,the DSQ drug craving scores of the aerobic group(O group)and the strength group(F group)were significantly lower than those before training(P<0.05);the aerobic group(O group)There was no statistically significant(P>0.05)compared with the change in the DSQ craving score of the strength group(F group).Conclusions: Conventional drug treatment in compulsory detoxification can increase the plasma β-endorphin concentration of detoxification personnel,while participation in eight-week exercise training can significantly increase the plasma β-endorphin concentration level of drug addicts,including aerobic exercise training group.The improvement effect is most outstanding.And we found that an acute training in the eighth week had a significant effect on plasma β-endorphin concentration immediately before and after training in both groups.Combined with the eight-week exercise intervention,there was a benign improvement effect on the body composition of the drug addict and the drug craving score.We believe that in the eight-week experimental period,the exercise of exercise interventions for drug addicts will improve the rehabilitation of drug rehabilitation personnel.
