Experimental Research On The Effect Of Ultramicro Tongyangtiaoxin Decocion On Rats Model With Dilated Cardiomyopathy Doxorubicin-induced

Objective:to explore the effects of ultramicro Tongyangtiaoxin decocion on cardiac structure and function and BNP,Bax,Bcl-2 of rat model with dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods:Sixty rats were assigned randomly into five groups:normal group,model group,one third dose ultramicro medical herb in pieces group,isodose ultramicro medical herb in pieces group,isodose normal medical herb in pieces group.Except of the normal group, the others were given Doxorubicin by intravenous injection twice per week for eight weeks.The Drugs and distilled water were given to each group in the latter four weeks.Cardiac structure and function were measured and comparatively analyzed at the end of the experiment.Results:Compared with normal group,the cardiac function of model group decreased significantly(P<0.05).While the cardiac dysfunction were improved significantly in all treating groups.The differences among the treating groups were not significant.
