Experimental Study Of The Treatment Effect On Panic Disorder By Using The Metacognitive Intervention Method With The Physical Training

Content: Objective: Taking eight visitors of panic disorder as subjects, discuss the morbific psychic mechanism of panic disorder, the treatment effect of the metacognitive intervention method on panic disorder and the affect of the metacognitive intervention method with the physical training on panic disorder, providing further development and improvement of metacognitive intervention method. Methods: The eight subjects were divided into A, B groups for two-control study. Metacognitive intervention were tested on A, B groups for experimental intervention, adding physical training on B group in the process of intervention, applying Multiple-baseline design on the condition of small N in experimental research. Combine the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) with self-report of the subjects, assess the changes of indicators in the process of experiment. Results: After interventions, times of panic attacks generally reduce, anxiety levels decrease, and the social compatibility strengthen. Implementation of the different experimental intervention, the group with physical training was better than the group with no physical training. Conclusion:The psychological mechanism of the panic disorder formation is a result of circulatory enlargement of the negative conditioned emotional reaction. Metacognitive intervention technique can obtain good effect as to the panic disorder. the affect of the metacognitive intervention method with the physical training on panic disorder is quicker, short course of treatment, the cure rate increased, and no recurrence after more.
