| Objective: To check the expression ofβ-catenin and E-cadherin in epithelial ovarian tumor,and analyze the Correlation between the expression ofβ-catenin,E-cadherin and clinical pathological feature in epithelial ovarian carcinoma .Disscuss their influence in ovarian tumor and clinical significance.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression ofβ-cateninand E-cadherin in 20 cases of nomal ovarian,20 cases of benign epithelial ovarian tumor ,10 cases of borderline epithelial ovarian tumor and 52 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.Results:β-catenin in epithelial oarian cancer tissue of abnormal expression of the benign, and ovarian than normal sexual epithelial oarian tumors border increased significantly(P﹤0.05), And in border, benign and normal group comparative was no statistically significant differences (P>0.05); In a lymph node metastasis differentially expressed than those who are without lymph node metastasis(P﹤0.05). E-cadherin in epithelial oarian cancer tissue of abnormal expression of the benign, and ovarian than normal sexual epithelial oarian tumors border increased significantly(P﹤0.05), E-cadherin in epithelial oarian cancer expression of different histological differentiation, clinical stages, and presence of lymph node metastasis pathological types are differences statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion: 1.β-catenin and E-cadherin in epithelial of ovarian cancer occurrence, development plays an important role. 2. Both in epithelial oarian cancer expression were positively correlated, united detection can better evaluate epithelial ovarian cancer,for clinical diagnosis and treatment provide theory basis. |
