BackgroundWith the large number of widely used high-tech medical technology, public legal concepts and awareness of self-protection, population aging and health care reform is lagging behind, arising in the course of clinical care and medical malpractice legal issues more and more commitment to health care the risk is growing. Nursing students in clinical practice is the theory to practice, from students to the role of nurses into an important stage in clinical practice means that they have become a standard nurse. As a result of the special nature of the decision of the nurses is a high-risk occupations, nursing students (nursing students) because of age is small, the lack of work experience, as the risk of occurrence of high risk care. Therefore, the strengthening of risk awareness education for nursing students, to equip them with basic health care and legal awareness and risk awareness, the majority of nursing educators is the bounden duty.ObjectiveAnalysis of risk awareness among nursing students, analysis of existing problems and influencing factors to attract the attention of educators, combined with the current status and nursing students develop their own characteristics, a preliminary study of nursing students cultivate their awareness of risk and the practical application. The risk of nursing education theory provide a reference guide for the practice of nursing education in the establishment of risk to provide a theoretical basis for the protection of occupational safety and physical and mental health nursing students.MethodLiterature study, the nursing students the theory of risk awareness of medical research, literature review, personal interviews, group discussion topics, design and improve the awareness of nursing students in medical risk questionnaire, selected the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, 250 nursing students practice of nursing students health risk awareness to quantitative research, analysis of nursing students in medical awareness of risk factors, semi-structured interviews of nursing students in health risk awareness education needs, propose improvement strategies and measures, proposed measures for the application and Evaluation of (before or after practice self-control researchers). Using SPSS statistical software to analyze all the data, statistical methods included descriptive statistics, ANOVA, paired sample t test, x~2 test.Results1 An awareness of risk nursing students average score of 62.5819 questionnaire, a standard deviation of 7.5508; to nursing students on the understanding of nursing risk management scored the highest, followed by self-knowledge and awareness of risk behavior assessment, nursing students understand the relevant laws, rules and regulations of nursing students in nursing implementation of the system, nursing care and protection of the lowest awareness rate.2 Before practice different academic levels of nursing students perceptions of risk scores were significant differences (F = 2.470, P <0.05);3 Before practice nursing students related to legal knowledge, nursing regulation, nursing risk management, risk prevention awareness rate low care, legal consciousness, the general level of care and risk awareness is low, and personal awareness, school education, hospital management, policy related;4 Training strategy: to help students understand nursing risk, establish a secure sense of care; to strengthen the ethical and legal nursing students awareness and enhance the risk awareness of students of nursing practice; strengthen vocational and moral education, nursing care and professional ethics education is a fundamental security; focus on learning medical Care about rules and regulations and operating technical specifications; analysis of past errors case, lessons learned;5 Four pairs of nursing education in the implementation of occupational risk, clinical risk management departments to strengthen small lectures, organizing individual talks, where the department controls, specifically responsible for supervision, case studies, scenario teaching, nursing students help to improve the legal and professional risk awareness. Control group and intervention group implemented measures before and after scores significantly different (P <0.05), the intervention group self-posttest differences were significant (P <0.05), the control group itself before and after the test result was not significant (P> 0.05), Before the intervention, the results of the control group and intervention group was not significant (P> 0.05).DiscussionKnowledge of nursing students in low-risk, and nursing education in China lags behind development of the society concerned; nursing students indifferent risk awareness, the law does not recognize the importance of the nursing profession; school risks a lack of systematic nursing education, nursing students also risk awareness very weak, not to mention early prevention; hospital nursing care and risk management, risk management system needs to be improved is to reduce risk factors of medical care to protect the personal safety of patients and caregivers the basic guarantee.Concluisons1 Degree is nursing students awareness of risk factors;2 Practice law before the poor awareness of nursing students, nursing students generally low level of risk awareness, and personal awareness, school education, hospital management, policy-related;3 The implementation of occupational risk for nursing students education, strengthening of clinical risk management, helping to improve the legal and vocational nursing students perceptions of risk.1.R Teoc ionmcremasee nledgaeld li t e racy efforts and enhance awareness of legal risk on the premise that knowing, understanding, and strengthen nursing in the management of legal awareness, avoid or reduce errors and accidents and improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction, and build a harmonious relationship between nurse and patient;2 Strengthen the safety education, nursing students learn to organize care and prevention of disputes because lectures, and enhance the legal awareness and legal awareness;3 To develop practical teaching for programs to be aware of nursing students to select high-quality teaching for teachers, good example.4 Pre-control focus on prevention, prevention at different stages of development points to strengthen the competence and attitude of students to observe and correct guidance;5 Coordinate the relationship between nursing students and patients, to establish a good nurse-patient relationship is the prerequisite for successful work;6 To enhance professional nursing students develop beliefs and let to adapt to the school to the hospital, nursing students from the changing role of the nurse.
