The Preliminary Construction Of Nursing Quality Indicators Of Aneurysm Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

Disease care quality evaluation is a hot field for nurses,which is the foundation andguarantee of clinical nursing path practiced better. To evaluate the quality of disease care andpromote the growth of clinical nursing specialists better ,it is very important to explore diseasecare quality indicators.The objective of this study is to explore the preliminary construction ofnursing quality evaluation index system of Aneurysm Subarachnoid Hemorrhage.Purposes:To analyse indexs which construct nursing quality evaluation system of AneurysmSubarachnoid Hemorrhage.Objects: Choosed 27 neurosurgery experts of gradeâ…¢-A general hospitals in Taiyuan city ,Shanxi province as the objects ,who go in for clinical nursing , nursing management or clinicaltreatment.Methods: Discussed the theory basis and principles of the indicator system by adopting waysof literature retrieval and expert interview, builded initially nursing quality evaluation indexsystem of Aneurysm Subarachnoid Hemorrhage; the indicators were screened and given weightby Delphi technique and AHP.Results:1. After tow rounds Delphi technique, nursing quality evaluation index system of AneurysmSubarachnoid Hemorrhage was established with reasonable construction,which containselement quality indicators,the process quality indicators and final quality indicators. Indicatorsystem consists of three levels,which are 3 first class indicators, 11 second class indicatorsand 48 third class indicators. The central tendency of marking after tow rounds Delphitechnique became more obvious, variation coefficient tended to decrease, and Kendallcoefficient tended to increase,which indicated coordination degree of index system, buildingof index system is reasonable.2. Weighting coefficients of indexs were established. Weighting coefficients of indexs wereestablished by AHP and Delphi technique,and building of indexs satisfied consistencyrequirement.3. The results of survey had a relatively high credibility.Expert group had a good representationand authoritative by qualitative analysis of experts basic information and quantitativeanalysis of experts authority levels. Yields of two rounds Delphi technique were 90% and100%.The ratio of experts presenting constructive views was 37.37%, the adopting ratio 90%,which indicated initiative and supportive of experts. Kendall coefficients of two rounds Delphi technique were 0.252 and 0.300, which indicated coordination of suggestions ofexperts was better.4. Reliability and validity of index system were better by analyzing internal reliability andcontent validity.Conclusions: Integrate nursing quality evaluation index system of Aneurysm SubarachnoidHemorrhage was built,which lays foundation for improving the quality of the special care andgrowing up of clinical nurse specialists.
