Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and security in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid by external resection and internal injection and suture. Methods:Select 60 cases of compliant mixed hemorrhoid patients(including the circular mixed hemorrhoid). They were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 30 cases, the control group 30 cases, the treatment group adopt the therapy of external resection and internal injection and suture, the control group use the therapy of external dissection and internal ligation. We have observed the clinical efficacy of the two groups respectively, postoperative complications, wound healing time and anal measured in diameter were observed by statistical indicators. Results:The treatment of mixed hemorrhoids by external resection and internal injection and suture, as compared with the use of external dissection and internal ligation, it was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy(p>0.05), its postoperative bleeding, pain, incision flap edema and other complications was statistically significant difference(p<0.05). There were significant statistical difference in postoperative complications, time of treatment(p<0.05). The tests of anal diameter showed that the treatment group's diameter of the anal canal before and after operation was no significantly differently(p>0.05),the control group's diameter of the anal canal before and after operation was significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of mixed hemorrhoid by external resection and internal injection and suture has a good safety and it has fewer postoperative complications and sequelae. There are no significant difference between the two groups and it needs further prospective randomized studies for large sanples. |
