BACKGROUND:Many studies have been conducted about cemented and uncemented total hip arthroplasty(THA). However.there are few reports abeut the differences between cemented and uncemented bipolar hemiarthroplasty in China.OBJECTIVE:To compare treatment effects of cemented and uncemented bipolar prostheses on fracture of femoral neck in the eldedy.Materials and Methods:Chengdu Second People's Hospital of Orthopaedics from September 2007 to February 2009 due to a broken neck that bipolar hemiarthroplasty for patients discharged after a total of 90 cases, the actual follow-up 73 cases,73 cases,24 males and 49 females.73 cases of BOC cemented bipolar hemiarthroplasty in 38 cases, non-cemented bipolar hemiarthroplasty for treatment of 35 cases were followed up after 10 months-24 months, an average of 17.1 months. Positioning the bone cement group A group of non-bone cement group as the B group. Two groups of gender, age, Garden classification and preoperative complications after different composition than the x2 test was not significant, No difference between the two groups were generally significant (P>0.05). Observation Methods:The patients were operation time, blood loss, Shimoji time, abandoned Shui time, the average length of hospital stay, postoperative complications and postoperative Harris hip score in different periods were statistically analyzed and compared. IV types). Results:Shimoji time to time abandoned Shui, the average length of stay, and after 2 months of hip score bone cement group were better than non-bone cement group; after 6 months and 10 months, hip score was no significant difference between the two groups; As the operation time, non-bone cement group hip score increased gradually. Follow-up x-ray films were 2 cases with prosthesis loosening, subsidence, both bone cement group, Non-bone cement group bone cement group than the trend. Conclusion:The curative effect in the artificial hip replacement curing the femoral neck fracture in elderly patients is affirmative. |
