It has an important regulatory role on the internal environment and the metabolism of the human body, and can resist the external pathogenic factor by disseminating Wei-qi. The lung relating to skin, and nose and mouth is the first barrier to protect human. So, above points composite the important theoretical basis for health preserving from the lung. Combining the geographic features of Taiwan, drug characteristics and their own clinical experience, the paper proposed the methods of TCM health preserving.Conclusion:There is the practical necessity and the solid theoretical basis for supporting the important relationship between the lung and health preserving which has significance in guiding health preserving In practice.
