The System Evaluation Of Chinese Medicine To Treatment Of Deep Venous Thrombosis

Objective:Based on evidence-based medicine system, evaluation of Chinese medicine to treatment of deep venous thrombosis's systematic review, thus to gain the evaluation of curative effect of Chinese medicine to treatment of deep venous thrombosis.Methods:Based on a comprehensive collection of 1998 to 2009 domestic Chinese medicine treatment of deep venous thrombosis of the randomized controlled clinical study of literature,choose the eligibility studies and appraise their quality, collect the data of the studies,make Meta-analyse, funnel plots and tests for heterogeneity, evaluate the curative effect of Chinese medicine to treatment of deep venous thrombosis.Results:1.Collect 332 related articles, through sieving, bring into 43 studies, among those itemses 42 are low quality studies,1 the item is a high quantity to study. Based on the different medicine of the control group, seprate them into 10 group, finally bring into 39 studies to statisticing. 2.The clinic effective power of treatment using Chinese medicine to treat deep venous thrombosis is better compared with the control group with the medicine of thrombolysis, anticoagulation, depress plasma viscosity, antiplatelet drug. Through sensitivity analysis obtain that the result of Meta-analysis is stabilized of the control group with the medicine of anticoagulation, thrombolysis and anticoagulation, thrombolusis and anticoagulation and depress plasma viscosity. Through the inverted plot of the control group with the medicine of anticoagulation is a left-right asymmetry graphics, which suggests no obviously ublication bias.3.The treatment using Chinese medicine to cut down the factor and plasma viscosity of DVT sufferer is better compared with the control group with the medicine of anticoagulation, but has nonsignficant deviation with the control group with the medicine of anticoagulation and antipaltelet. 4.The treatment using Chinese medicine to depress HCT is better compared with the control group with the medicine of anticoagulation and antipaltelet.Conculsion:The treatment of Chinese medicine to treat DVT is effective, using the method of system evalution has its practical significance, but the quality of using Jadad quality of clinical trial methodology needs to be improved.
