The Relationship Between The The Fever After Surgical Treatment Of The Developmental Dislocation Of The Hip And Bleeding

Objective:To discuss the relationship between the fever after surgical treatment of the developmental dislocation of the hip and the bleeding. Methods:In the hospital of Shandong traditional chinese medicine,two chief physicians treated 58 cases of the developmental dislocation of the hip with the same surgical operation from January 2009 to January 2010, the relationships are studied between the fever after surgical treatment and the bleeding with the the first time of fever. the highest temperature and the time of fever continued after the surgery. Results:the first time of fever two groups P>0.05; the the highest temperature and the time of fever continued, two groups P<0.05. Conclusions: the fever outputing after surgical treatment of the developmental dislocation of the hip have relationship with the bleeding. careful operation could reduce the taking place of the postoperative fever effectly and improve curative effect of the developmental dislocation of the hip.
