| Objective:This study aims to observe the clinical effect of wenshenhuayu manipulation in treating chronic lumbar muscle strain. And reveals the mechanism of wenshenhuayu manipulation of treating chronic lumbar muscle strain. Method:60 patients, who suffered from chronic lumbar muscle strain,were divided into two groups at random,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group, The single blind method was applied. The treatment group were treated once a day,20min once,10days as a therapeutic cycle,totile 3 therapeutic cycle. And the control group was done by Wu Iontophoresis(the iontophoresis soak is made by Chinese herbs Chuanwu and Caowu)., once a day,30min once,10days as a therapeutic cycle, totile 3 therapeutic cycle. Data involving the changes of the clinical effectiveness, syndrome improvement were analyzed and teeated statistically, and compared the clinical effects of between wenshenhuayu manipulation and Wu Iontophoresis in treating chronic lumbar muscle strain. Result:wenshenhuayu manipulation in treatment group had a significant variance compared with the control group (Wu Iontophoresis) in the aspect of clinical effect. (P＜0.05) Conclusion:the wenshenhuayu manipulation can evidently reduce the lumbar muscle by eliminating the tension of muscle and by removing blood stasis. |
