Objective:Observed Yixin Ding Jing Fang rabbit model of rapid cardiac arrhythmia L-type calcium ion channels, in order to lay the basis for the work to further clinical application.Methods:By feeding high fat diet combined with intravenous injection of epinephrine way replication rabbit model of coronary heart disease with tachycardia. Rabbits were divided into 5 groups:Control group, model group, Yixin Ding Jing Fang prevention group, Yixin Ding Jing Fang amiodarone treatment group and treatment group; The use of electrophysiology, spectrophotometry and RT-PCR, and other technical means to observe the beneficial side of the heart the frightened rabbit model of cardiac arrhythmia when the phase change, cardiac L-type calcium channel expression.Results:Yixin Ding Jing treatment group, amiodarone in the treatment group and model group, with tachycardia and duration of the time there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Yixin Ding Jing Fang control group and model group, time delay, duration, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Yixin Ding Jing Fang control group, Yixin Ding Jing treatment group, amiodarone in the treatment group and model group, the expression of myocardial calcium channels are reduced significantly, Between the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions: Yixin Ding Jing side to make coronary heart disease with tachycardia time delay, shorter duration; Yixin Ding Jing side to block the Ca2+ channel, inhibition of excessive Ca2+ ion influx, which may be one of the mechanisms to improve the arrhythmia.
