ObjectiveWe study the expression of Hypoxia-inducible Factorl, vascular endothelial growth factor to correlate the expression with histopathology, linical parameters and estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, and try to find that if it was two correlation factors to effluence and progress the disease and if it has some relationship with estrogen, progesterone in adenocarcinoma endometrial.MethodsImmunohistochemistry methods were used to detect Hypoxia-inducible Factorl,Vascular endothelial growth factor the in paraffin-embedded specimens of 30 adenocarcinoma endometrial,10 with atypia hyperplasia,10simple hyperplasia,10 normal endometrial tissue. The correlation of the factors with the clinical features and the expression of estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor in adenocarcinoma endometrial were evaluated by chi-square test. and the relationship of the two factors was analyzde by Spearman rank correlation test.Results1.The positive percentage of expressions of HIF-1a adenocarcinoma endometria, atypia hyperplasia, simple hyperplasia, normal endometrial tissue. were96.67%,70%,20%,20% In adenocarcinoma endometrial, HIF-1a was higher expressions(P<0.05)2.The positive percentage of expressions of VEGF adenocarcinoma endometrial, atypia hyperplasia, simple hyperplasia, normal endometrial tissue. were 100%,80%,70%,70% In adenocarcinoma endometrial, VEGF was higher expressions(P<0.05) 3.expression of HIF-1a,VEGF in endometrial carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than those in atypical hyperplasia and simple hyperplasia, normal endometrial tissue.n, and they were positively correlated (r=0.315 P<0.05)4.expression of HIF-1a,VEGF,ER,PR in endometrial carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than those in atypical hyperplasia and simple hyperplasia, normal endometrial tissue.n, and they were positively correlated(r=0.478 P<0.01)Conclusion1.The positive expression rate of HIF-1a,VEGF in adenocarcinoma endometrial was significantly higher, suggested that HIF-1a,VEGF possibly played an important role in the genesis and development of adenocarcinoma endometrial2.In adenocarcinoma endometrial the expression of HIF-1a,VEGF,ER has positively correlated with the estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor, suggested that the expression of HIF-1a,VEGF in In adenocarcinoma endometrial was accommodated by estrogen and progesterone.3.The expression of HIF-1a had positive correlation with the VEGF in adenocarcinoma endometrial. HIF-1αmay induce angiogenesis by up-regulating the protein product of its target gene--VEGF, so that to promote the progression of cervical precancerous leision and the infiltration of cercical cancer.
