| Objective:To comprehensively understand of Chinese combined Western medicine in treatment of primary liver cancer and compare Chinese combined Western medicine with Western medicine alone about the treatment efficacy and safety of primary liver cancer randomized controlled trials in order to guide clinical.Methods:Strictly according with evidence-based medicine approach, comprehensively collect since 1990 to the end of October 2009 all domestic has been completed, ongoing, and has published and unpublished Clinical comparative study about Chinese combined Western medicine treatment of primary liver cancer,and in accordance with selection criteria to screen, using Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews 4.2.2 version of the recommended quality assessment criteria to evaluate the quality of included in the study of literature; collect relevant data, heterogeneity test, Meta-analysis, funnel diagram analysis and sensitivity analysis. Results:Through collecting related literatures and sieving three times, bring into 57 studies included in the total effective rate, survival rate, quality of life improvement rate, quality of life KPS score, AFP, immune function, white blood cell count and other indicators. The Meta-analysis results showed that Chinese combined Western medicine treatment of primary liver cancer on the overall efficiency, survival rate, quality of life improvement rate, quality of life KPS score, AFP, the role of white blood cell count was significantly better than the simple western medicine group, the difference was statistically Significance (P<0.01);CD8+T cells had no significant effect of the increase (P> 0.05). The sensitivity analysis shows that the results of stability and true and reliable.Conclusion:â‘ the quality of research literature analysis showed that the current Chinese combined Western medicine treatment of primary liver cancer in the clinical control study reported in the literature,has also a lot of problems. There are mainly the application of law is not enough in each other's attention, clinical trials less normative and clinical findings of the study is difficult to be recognized.â‘¡Meta-analysis results showed that according the tumors changes,in survival rate, quality of life improvement rate, KPS score, AFP, immune function, white blood cell count and other aspects of primary liver cancer, Chinese combined Western medicine treatment can improve clinical symptoms, prolong survival and improve quality of life and a better efficacy and lower side effects than Western medicine treatment alone. The results of study indicate Chinese combined Western medicine treatment of primary liver cancer have a good study of the prospects. |
