Objective:Through the Experiment Observation,Using the Jieguqili Tablets which Treat Fractures Effectively and Currently as a Comparison, Studing the Influence of Fugujianbu Tablets to the Differenence Times of Callus Quality of Model Fractures in Rats, For Clinical Application of Fugujianbu Tablets Providing the Reliable Theory and Practice.Methods:Thirty-six Healthy Male Rats Randomly were Divided into A,B and C Three Groups,Namely Blank Control (Group A),Jieguqili Tablets Group (Group B),Fugujianbu Tablets Group (Group C),Each Group of 12 Rats.All the Experimental Rats were Caused to Left Tibial Fractures Below 1/3 By Professional Skill,Giving the Right Drug Treatment From the Second Day.Giving Normol Saline to A Group,Giving the Suspension Liquid of Jieguqili Tablets to Group B,Giving the Suspension Liquid of Fugujianbu Tablets to Group C,Once A Day,Until Death.Choosing the 7days,14days,21 days Three Phase Points After Treatment,Assuming Four Rats each Team to Left Tibia X-ray,Observing the Situation of Callus' Growth.Then Taking Bone Specimen to Make Tissue Section,Special Colouration,Checking the Collagen Content of Callus by the Masson Way,Checking the Calcium Deposition by the Von Konssa Way,Using Microscopy Observing to Make Qualitative Analysis,Using AOD to Make Quantitative Analysis,Using SPSS 18.0 to Test the Data.Result:1.The Qualitative Evaluation of the Callus:the Callus' Density,Uniformity,The Bony Trabeculae Tendency of Group C were Preceded Group A,B Sharply;The Quantitative Evaluation of Callus: The Computing Results of X-exponent Thowed that The Scores of the Group C were Supreme,Prompting That Fugujianbu Tablets Can Accelerate the Formation of Callus.2.The Microscopy Observing of Collagen Composition Showed that:The Group B and C were Similar in the 7 Days,14 days,the Collagen Fibrins were Wider,Longer than Group A,and the Colour were Darker,the Collagen of Group C were Increased Rapidly in the 21 Days, the Increasing Extent were Obvious,the Thickness were Regular,the Colour were Darkly,Preceding than Group A and B; The Data of AOD Showed that:the Scores of Group C were Less Than Group B in the 7Days,14 Days(P>0.05); But the Scores of Group B,C were More than Group A in the 14 Days (P<0.05);the Scores of Group C were Ascending Sharply after 14 days,theScores were Higher than Group B (P<0.05) and Group A (P<0.01);3.the Microscopy Observing of the Callus Calcium Deposition Showed that:the Quantity of Callus Calcium Deposition of Group C were more than Group A,B in the Difference Times,They Increased Rapidly,the Construction were Density and Uniform.The Data of AOD Showed that:the Scores of Group C,B were more than Group A in the 14 Days (P<0.05); the Scores of Group C were more than Group A Remarkably in the 21 Days (P<0.01); the Scores of Group C were more than Group A in the 21 days(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fugujianbu Tablets Can Effectively Increase the Callus Quality in the Processing of Fractures Cicatrisation,the Mechanism were:1.Accelerating the Formation of Callus Finely;2.Accelerating the Prefabricating of Callus Collagen:3.Accelerating the Deposition of Callus Calcium.
