Objective:To clarify the micro-mechanisms of Fugujianbu tablets and provide the basis for preventing and treating Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head in clinical.Methods:Forty healthy male mice and forty healthy female mice are randomly divided into four groups separately with each group ten mice using completely random design. They are blank control group, positive control group, Fugujianbu tablets high-dose model group and Fugujianbu tablets low-dose model group. The animal model of twist reaction was induced by acetic acid and the pain-test by hot-plate in mice were used to observe the effects of Fugujianbu tablets. Forty healthy rats (male and female open) are randomly divided into five groups with each group eight rats using completely random design. They are blank control group, blood stasis model group, Fugujianbu tablets high-dose model group, Fugujianbu tablets low-dose model group and positive control group. To observe the effects of Fugujianbu tablets on Hemorheology in rat and inspection of the date using SPSS 16.0.Result:1. The Fugujianbu tablets high-dose model group, Fugujianbu tablets low-dose model group and positive control group could significantly reduce the twist reaction numbers induced by acetic acid (compared with the blank control group P<0.01), and the twist reaction numbers significantly reduced with the increasing doses of Fugujianbu tablets,-The Fugujianbu tablets high-dose model group and positive control group obviously strong effect in the Fugujianbu tablets low-dose model group (P<0.01).2. The Fugujianbu tablets high-dose model group, Fugujianbu tablets low-dose model group and positive control group could effectively improve the pain threshold in mice(compared with the blank control group P<0.05);The Fugujianbu tablets high-dose model group and positive control group obviously strong effect in the Fugujianbu tablets low-dose model group (P<0.05).3. The Fugujianbu tablets high-dose model group and positive control group could effectively reduce the Whole blood viscosity. Plasma viscosity, Hematocrit and ESR on blood stasis model rats(compared with the blood stasis model group P<0.05); The Fugujianbu tablets low-dose model group could effectively reduce the Plasma viscosity, Hematocrit and ESR on blood stasis model rats(compared with the blood stasis model group P<0.05).4. There are some ascending dose-effect relationship in the Fugujianbu tablets high-dose and low-dose model group on each experiment.Conclusion:The Fugujianbu tablets show obvious effects on promotion blood circulation and analgesics. And it might be an ideal oral medication in preventing and treating Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head.
