Objective To study the status and the influential factors of reproductive tract infections(RTI) among Quanjiao county rural married women and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention of RTI.in future .Methods Using cluster sampling method to extraction Bapo,Nanping and Chengdong three towns in the county of Quanjiao. We investigated 945 married women aged 18 to 55 from three villages in each town. Investigators were trained and took face to face to fill the questionnaire with the principle of voluntary.The questionnaire was include general of married women family, status of personal health, knowledge about reproductive tract health, personal hygiene and health care needs. In addition we took clinical examination in part of them, followed up to known the information of visiting doctor.Results We investigated 986 people in all and the effective questionnaires were 945. In the past six months 51.5% (487/945) people felt RTI symptoms and among them only 52.3% visited the doctor. When analysis we found that education of husband, correct understanding of hazardous about reproductive tract infections, the condom can prevent reproductive tract infections, reproductive tract infections need couple to treat, correct understanding of the vaginal itching and other symptoms of reproductive tract infections are the consciously positive reproductive tract infections to visit doctor.The results of Non-conditional multivariate logistic regression model showed that the education of husband, the situation of dysmenorrhea, vaginal discharge increased ,knowledge of reproductive tract infections pathogens, known types of reproductive tract infections, visiting doctor if they feel the reproductive tract infection symptoms, using the female care solution, changing and washing the pants everyday,drying the pants in the sunlight, cleaning the vulva before and after sex life, the lecture of reproductive tract health by local organization are factors of positive reproductive tract infections autopsychic. By clinical laboratory tests we found that the rate of mycoplasma infection was highest (42.2%), followed by cervical erosion (9.4%) , trichomonas infection (8.3%) and Candida infections (2.6%).Follow up positive of laboratory tests , 62.5% (70 people) go to the hospital for medical treatment, but only 12 followed doctor's treatment program. The reason of they do not achieve adequate treatment time include that they thought well by no apparent symptom(69%), the treatment is too expensive(22.4%), ineffective and other reasons(8.6%).Conclusion The positive of conscious reproductive tract infections was 51.5% and the rate of visit doctor was 52.3% . The education level of husband's was a influential factor in the positive conscious of reproductive tract infections and it was also the influential factor of visiting doctor. In addition, occurrence of conscious positive reproductive tract infections influential factors are the health of reproductive tract ( situation of dysmenorrhea, whether leucorrhea is increased), knowledge of reproductive tract health-related (knowledge of reproductive tract infection pathogens, known types of reproductive tract infections), the attitude of reproductive tract infections (visiting doctor if they feel the reproductive tract infection symptoms), some of the reproductive tract health habits (changing and washing the pants everyday,drying the pants in the sunlight,cleaning the vulva before and after sex life);The influential factor of visiting doctor of the self-reproductivr tract infections are the knowledge of reproductive tract health-related (known the hurt of reproductive tract infection,known the condom could prevent the reproductive tract infection) and joining the medical insurance.
