| Objective:Discuss the variation of main clinical experiment indicators in the cerebral infarction patients and the association of DNA with cerebral infarction. Methods:The cerebral infarction group consisted of 32 hospitalized cerebral infarction patients including 16 males and 16 females aged between 52 to 95 years old. The biochemical control group consisted of 28 healthy people aged between 49 to 80 years old including 14 males and 14 females, who were randomly chosen through physical examination. The STR control group consisted of 100 non-related and healthy individuals including 50 males and 50 females who were aged between 20 to 45 years old. Intravenous blood sampling was collected for the test of Glu, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C for evaluating blood fattiness levels, the test of UREA, CREA for evaluating kidney function, the test of TP, ALB for evaluating the serum protein levels, the test of IgA, IgG, IgM, and the test of hs-CRP. All the above tests were carried out with Hitachi 7600-020 Fully Automatic Biochemical Analyzer. The test of WBC, RBC, HGB, PLT, Neu# and LY# was performed by System XE-2100 Fully Automatic Blood Corpuscle Analyzer. STR loci were tested by means of PCR and five-color fluorescent automatic detection, which included D8S1179. D21S11,D7S820,CSF1PO,D3S1358,D5S818,D13S317,D16S539,D2S1338,D19S433,VWA,D12S391,D18S51,Amelogenn,D6S1043 and FGA.Results:The average value of Glu in the cerebral infarction group was 7.6mmol/L, while that in the control group was 5.1mmol/L. The average value of boold fattiness item TG in the cerebral infarction group was 1.46mmol/L, while that in the control group was 1.12mmol/L. There was a significant difference in these two items (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in the other items. The average values of kidney function UREA, CREA items were 6.2mmol/L and 80.5umol/L respectively in the cerebral infarction group, while such average values in the control group were 5mmol/L and 68.9umol/L respectively. There was a significant difference in these two items (P<0.05). The average values of TP and Alb were 67.5g/L and 41.2g/L in the cerebral infarction group, while that in the control group were respectively 73.4g/L and 45.9g/L. There was a significant difference in these two items (P<0.05). The average value of immune item IgA in the cerebral infarction group was 3.0g/L and that in the control group was 2.7g/L. There was a significant difference in this item (P<0.05). But there was no significant difference in the other two items. The average value of hs-CRP in the cerebral infarction group was 7.6mg/L and that of hs-CRP (mg/L) in the control group was 1.3mg/L. The results had a significant difference (P<0.05). The average values of blood corpuscle items WBC, PLT, Neu#, LY# in the cerebral infarction group were 7.69×109/L,206.5×109/L,5.40×109/L and 1.65×109/L respectively, while those in the control group were 5.62×109/L,221.9×109/L,3.01×109/L and 2.04×109/L respectively. There was a significant difference in these four items (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in the other items. The loci frequencies of STRs CSF1PO-9, D3S1358-17, D3S1358-18, D2S1338-23, D19S433-16, VWA-16, D18S51-17, D6S1043-14 and D6S1043-19 in the cerebral infarction group were 0.070,0.080,0.095,0.255,0.000,0.215,0.040,0.150, 0.175 respectively, and such frequencies in the control group were 0.000, 0.000,0.203,0.125,0.031,0.063,0.109,0.281,0.047 respectively. There was a significant difference in these nine items (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in the other items. Conclusion:There is variation of Glu, fattiness levels, kidney function, serum protein concentration, blood corpuscle and immune system to different extents in the cerebral infarction patient. The loci frequencies of STRs D3S1358-18, D19S433-16, D18S51-17 and D6S1043-14 in the cerebral infarction group are lower than those in the control group, so there may be resistance genes to cerebral infarction nearby. The loci frequencies of STRs CSF1PO-9,D3S1358-17,D2S1338-23,VWA-16 and D6S1043-19 are higher than those in the control group,so there may be genes nearby that are easy to catch cerebral infarction. |
