15 Cases Of Ovarian Clear Cell Carcinoma Clinical Analysis

Objective:To investigate the clinical feature and prognosis of the ovarian clear cell carcinoma.Methods:Retrospective analysis 15 cases of ovarian clear cell carcinoma,which were treated in First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from March of 1997 to June of 2 009 years, sum up its clinical data, treatment, and prognosis were followed up.summarize the course features of this disease.Results:1.80% of patients with abdominal pain symptoms,60% of patients had abdominal distension, and 66.7% of patients at early stage.2. All patients underwent surgical treatment,9 cases of early stage patients with stage operation.4 cases of advanced cancer patients with cytoreductive surgery,And all patients were performed postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy(Six case with PC program of drug treatment, two case with TP program of drug treatment, two case with Irinotecan combination with etoposide chemotherapy, two case with Docetaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy,and one case with VIP program of drug treatment).3. The patients recurrence rate was 46.7% .4.2 cases recurrence in patients of stage-â… , and 1 case recurrence in patients of stage-â…¡,and 4 case recurrence in patients n patients of stage-â…¢Conclusion:Compared with serous adenocarcinoma, ovarian clear cell carcinoma patients with a high proportion of early detection, early cancer symptoms early, easily associated with endometriosis, blood clots, infection and other.complications. Resistance on to platinum-based chemotherapy, high relapse rate and poor prognosis.
