Objective:For Stroke hemiplegia with high incidence, high disability, difficult for treatment of medical problem worldwide at present, adopt Treatment of Stroke Evaluation Standards Scale, the main symptom scale, activities of daily living scale(ADL), Neurological deficit score scale (NDS) and Living Ability Status Scale, to observe and compare the changes for scores about different scales before and after treatment, give observation on the clinical effect of Surrounding Needling based on CT Location (brain computer tomography imaging shows lesion at the ipsilateral projection from the nearest area), adopted arounding needling (CT positioning around needle) for the treatment of hemiplegia, and explore a new therapy to prevent or cure this disease, provide a simple, exactly effective clinical treatment for it.Method:80 cases from acupuncture ward and clinic of 1st affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, based on strict inclusion criteria, by patients'course of the disease, in accordance with the random number table, in the ratio of 1:1, were randomly assigned to CT localization group (40 cases) and traditional scalp acupuncture group (40 cases). Select Treatment of Stroke Evaluation Standards Scale, the main symptom scale, activities of daily living scale (ADL), neurological deficit score scale (NDS) and Living Ability Status Scale, to observe the changes for scores about different scales before and after treatment. Use SPSS11.5 package to build databases and do logical proof, as possible to ensure that original data is complete and accurate. Compare and analyze such as gender, age, course of disease between the two groups in order to make sure whether the two groups are comparable from all aspects, numeration data is analyzed by Chi-square test, measurement data by t test, ranked data by rank sum test.Results:â‘ in improving physical function of patients with hemiplegic stroke, including limb function and neurological deficit function. Both groups were significantly improved on limb function, showing that there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05); about the clinical effect:surrounding needling based on CT location group was better than head acupuncture group, meaning that there was statistically significant difference (P<0.01) in the two groups. Both groups were significantly improved on neurological deficit function, showing that there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05); about the clinical effect:both group can improve the degree of neurological deficit and show statistically significant difference (P<0.01). All the points mentioned above indicating that surrounding needling based on CT location group can effectively improve stroke patients'limb function and the degree of neurological deficit. CT location group was better on clinical effect.â‘¡the main symptoms including subjective symptoms, emotional symptoms and psychiatric symptoms:about subjective symptoms, both groups can markedly improve stroke patients'head heaviness, headache, dizziness, palpitations, tinnitus, limb pain, numbness, cold extremities, general fatigue, loss of appetite, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence all these 12 subjective symptoms and the difference was significant between the two groups (P<0.01). About the clinical effect, the degree of improvement was similar, no significant difference (P>0.05). These shoewed both group can improve the subjective symptoms(e. g. head heaviness, headache, dizziness, palpitations, tinnitus, limb pain, numbness, cold extremities, general fatigue, loss of appetite, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence), but had no significant difference on the clinical efficacy.Emotional symptoms:both groups can markedly improve stroke patients' emotional instability, easily excited, crying due to small matter, depression, pessimism, anxiety, indifference, hyperhedonism all these seven emotional symptoms and the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.01). About the clinical effect, the degree of improvement was similar, no significant difference (P>0.05). These shoewed both group can improve the emotional symptoms(e.g. emotional instability, easily excited, crying due to small matter, depression, pessimism, anxiety, indifference, hyperhedonism) but had no significant difference on the clinical efficacy.Psychiatric symptoms:both groups can markedly improve stroke patients' memory loss, difficulties for concentration, dullness, fidget, insomnia, excitement, agitation, behavior, disorders, delusionall these eight psychiatric symptoms and the difference was significant between the two groups (P<0.01). About the clinical effect, the degree of improvement was similar, no significant difference (P>0.05). These shoewed both group can improve the psychiatric symptoms (e.g. memory loss, difficulties for concentration, dullness, fidget, insomnia, excitement, agitation, behavior disorders, delusion) but had no significant difference on the clinical efficacy.â‘¢overall activities of daily living:including activities of daily living and living ability status:both group can effectively improve patients'activities of daily living and there was statistically significant difference (P<0.01); CT location group was better than control group on clinical effect and that showed statistically significantly difference (P<0.05). About living ability status:the two groups can effectively improve patients'daily living and showed statistically significant differences (P<0.01); CT location group was better than control group on the degree of improvement and that showed statistically significantly difference (P<0.05). Tip:CT location group and the traditional group of stroke patients can improve the overall life skills; clinical efficacy compared to CT location group is superior. These showed that both group can effective improve stroke patients'overall activities of daily living and CT location group was better on clinical effect. Conclusion:â‘ Surrounding needling based on CT Location can significantly improve stroke patients'limb function and main symptoms, such as subjective symptoms, emotional symptoms and psychiatric symptoms. The ADL has been largely improved.â‘¡Surrounding Needling based on CT Location is simply operated, effective and standardized operation can be implemented, with clinical feasibility and broad prospect for clinical application.
