The Influence Research Of Jian Pi Yi Fei Fa To Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis's Motor Function And The Quality Of Life

Research objectiveThis research adopted the prospective case analysis and combined a modern mathematical statistics method to discuss the influence of jian pi yi fei fa to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients'motor function the quality of life,and TCM syndromes, in order to further instruct clinically.Research methodAccording to the literature available and the expert consultancy, took the international universal scales of ALSFRS scale,Norris scale,Appel scale,ALSAQ-40,Syndrome Information Sheet. Used the prospective research technique, took the patients which had been clinical diagnosed determinately as the research objects, gave the treatment of jian pi yi fei zhong yao for 3 months, finally evaluated the relative targets of motor function and TCM syndrome, including the treatment before and after it 1 and 3 months. It used SPSS13.0 software package to record and inspect the data, used the description analysis, one-way anova,paired-samples T Test and rank sum test methods to carry on the statistical analysis for discussing the influence of jian pi yi fei fa to ALS patients'motor function and the quality of life.Research resultsIn this research,18 cases were collected, inculed 11 male patients and 7 female patients.The statistic results indicate, before and after the treatment 1 and 3 months, there was no statistics difference between the 18 ALS patients'motor function integral (P>0.05). ALSFRS scale total score P=0.2653 (ANOVA), Norris scale total score P=0.918(ANOVA). The statistic results indicate, before and after the treatment 1 and 3 months, there was no statistics difference between the 18 ALS patients' quality of lives (P>0.05).The statistic results indicate, before and after the treatment 1 and 3 months, there was statistics difference in part of the 18 ALS'TCM syndromes integral(P<0.05), such as speech unfavorable, hypodynamia, palpitations, spontaneous sweating, eating less, pale tongue and the total integral of TCM syndromes.ConclusionJian pi yi fei fa can't improve ALS patients'motor function and the quality of life in zhe Statistics, but in clinical we fand it can improve most of the patients'clinical symptoms, enhance the patient's motor functions such as feeding,clothing,writing,bed emancipated,walking and so on. enhanced the patients'ability of daily life. Improve TCM syndromes such as speech unfavorable,hypodynamia,palpitations,spontaneous sweating,eat less,pale tongue and so on. Therefore, it provided further guidance for ALS's future clinical treatment.
