The emergence and development about prognosis and chronic complications of Diabetes Mellitus is not only closely related with the overall control in blood sugar levels but also with the fluctuation of Plasma Glucose. The greater fluctuation of Plasma Glucose, the higher rate of chronic diabetic complications, the worse prognosis. The medical somatology is not only learn method to conquest a serious disease which threat to human, but also study how to strengthen human's physique to improve adaptability of the environment. "Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease" written by Zhongjing Zhang had founded the theory of treatment according to syndrome differentiation, it also contains the theory of treatment according to physique differentiation. Through observing six-channel people's fluctuation of Plasma Glucose, we can make diagnosis personalized, broaden the clinical thoughts to cure diseases by TCM, and underlie more reasonable clinically therapeutic schedule.Objectives:To find out is there any connection between diabetic Plasma Glucose undulation and six-channel of physical capacity, to discover the characteristics of blood sugar level in different constitution. It would reflect concept of wholism, also suit measures to different persons. Furthermore it would provide clinic direction for diabetes.Methods:The thesis mainly using for reference of Mean Amplitude of Plasma Glucose Excursions which were innovated by Service FJ, Molnar GD, Rosevear JW, Ackerman E, Gatewood LC, Taylor WF in plasma glucose curve researching. It would provide more details and panorama to better understanding and more discoverys for whole day plasma glucose excursions. Using the new technology of Continuous Glucose Monitoring System to record plasma glucose data of 60 diabetic cases who come from Endocrinology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou TCM during 2008 to 2010. Using repeating measure data variance analysis methods (by SPSS13 software) to compare differences in inter-groups. To discover the characteristics of the plasma glucose excursions and the whole day plasma glucose curve graph.Result:In Type Jueyin of physical capacity, mean Plasma Glucose after Breakfast is 13.49±2.41mmol/L, mean Plasma Glucose after Lunch is 14.35±3.68mmol/L, mean Plasma Glucose after Dinner is 13.73±3.09mmol/L, the maximum Plasma Glucose is 20.29±2.59mmol/L, mean Plasma Glucose is 11.47±2.48mmol/L, glycosylated hemoglobin is 11.03±2.66%, are all higher than others'(Type "Shaoyang of physical capacity", Type "Taiyin of physical capacity", Type "Shaoyin of physical capacity"),P is:0.000,0.000,0.000. The others compared with each other, P>0.05.Mean Amplitude of Plasma Glucose Excursion (MAGE) in Type Jueyin of physical capacity is 1.77±2.30, higher than others (Type "Shaoyang of physical capacity", Type "Taiyin of physical capacity", Type "Shaoyin of physical capacity"), P is:0.000,0.002,0.002. The others compared with each other, P>0.05.Conclusion:(1) Mean Amplitude of Plasma Glucose Excursion in Type Jueyin of physical capacity is higher than other type of physical capacity.(2) Mean Amplitude of Plasma Glucose Excursion in Type Yin of physical capacity is higher than Type Yang of physical capacity.
