Objective:To observe and compare the various prognostic factors of primary liver cancer on primary liver cancer prognosis on the different effects screen for primary liver cancer prognosis meaningful factors, and evaluate its impact on the prognosis of the size of primary liver cancer. Methods:Retrospectively survey HCC patients treated in recent years in Guangzhou TCM Hospital Oncology Department. According to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, select 339 eligible cases and 28 may prognostic factors affecting primary liver cancer prognosis (sex, age, discovery channel, history of hepatitis B, cirrhosis history, TNM stage, clinical stage, tumor size, tumor location, number of lesions, portal vein tumor thrombus, capsular, extrahepatic metastasis, AFP, ALT, AST, GGT, ALP, liver function Child-pugh classification, Chinese type, hypochondriac pain, fever, poor appetite, fatigue, abdominal distension, jaundice, recurrence and Chinese medicine intervention). The first in application of Kaplan-Meier (product-limit method) calculate the total each year survival rate, analyze survival rate in the single factor analysis, and compare factors group of each in Log Rank (log rank test) method of testing, and then apply the COX regression model for multivariate analysis, and screen on the truly meaningful prognosis of primary liver cancer, and finally through the prognostic index (PI) formula (PI= B1X1+B2X2+B3X3……BkXk) to calculate each patient's prognostic index (PI) value, and compare the prognostic index (PI) value on the patient survival rate. Results:Univariate analysis showed that eight prognostic factors of liver function of Child-pugh classification, Chinese type, portal vein tumor thrombus, clinical stage, Chinese intervention, abdominal distension, GGT and AST in the prognosis of primary liver cancer were significantly significance (P <0.05), while the gender, age, discovery channel, history of hepatitis B, cirrhosis history, TNM stage, tumor size, tumor location, lesion number, capsule, extrahepatic metastasis, AFP, ALT, ALP, hypochondriac pain, fever, poor appetite, fatigue, jaundice and liver cancer recurrence on the prognosis of primary liver cancer were non-significant (P>0.05).. COX regression model for multivariate analysis showed that liver function Child-pugh classification, Chinese type, portal vein tumor thrombus, clinical stage, Chinese medicine is involved in five prognostic factors affecting the prognosis of primary liver cancer meaningful factors, and there was a significant difference in statistics (P<0.05). Prognostic index (PI) analysis showed that the cumulative survival rate of patients with prognostic index (PI) values increasing decreased. Prognostic index (PI) value can reflect the patient's prognosis:prognostic index (PI) value is greater the worse the prognosis; prognostic index (PI) value is smaller, the better theprognosis. Conclusion:The analysis showed liver function Child-pugh classification, Chinese type, portal vein tumor thrombus, clinical stage, Chinese medicine involved in five prognostic factors affecting the prognosis of primary liver cancer were independent risk factors:liver function Child-pugh classification, portal vein tumor thrombus, clinical stage and Chinese type can reduce the cumulative survival rate of primary liver cancer, while the Chinese intervention has a protective effect of beneficial factors on primary liver cancer, prognosis index (PI) can effectively predict the prognosis of patients, understanding the factors affecting the prognosis of primary liver cancer in clinic selection and treatment of patients has important practical value.
