ObjectiveTo understand the clinical and pathological features of HSPN children and its relevance to raise awareness of this disease for future diagnosis, treatment, provide a reference to more effectively reduce HSPN induced end-stage renal failure from occurring, to improve the prognosis.MethodThe subjects were from November 2005 to February 2010 in China Medical University Hospital pediatric ward of a hospital, clinical diagnosis of HSPN, and to carry out renal biopsy, after the children diagnosed as HSPN, grouped according to different conditions, by x2 test clinical and pathological data analysisultResultClinical classification with hematuria and proteinuria type (42.86%) is most common; most common pathological grade is grade II (38.10%), followed by GradeⅢ(28.57%); immunophenotyping to simple IgA type (61.90%) deposited Type up to grade. Nephrotic syndrome and rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis type of pathological type of grade heavier than other clinical types. Leukocytes in urine-based pathological grade emphasis on non-leukocyte urokinase-type. The pathological grades heavier which is accompanied by more than once a new rash or depositing in C3。The incidence of HSPN is mainly boys, male to female ratio 2:1, but no correlation with pathological grade. It was no significant difference that accompanied by abdominal pain or different types of immune complex deposition in between the pathological types of distribution. ConclusionIncidence of skin purpura are associated with pathological grade. that there were several cases of pathological damage purpura relatively heavy:non-infected white blood cells in urine with pathological grade are relevant. However, clinical manifestations of Henoch-Schonlein nephritis and pathological grade are not completely parallel, renal biopsy should be done as early as possible in order to understand the pathological type, positive symptomatic treatment and improve prognosis.
