| ObjectiveTo investigate the imagin of impacted maxillary canines position, study the guide eruption time and method.Method23 maxillar impacted canines had been treated by The Air Force General Hospital Othodontic Department. To expand interspace by using straight wire appliance,and analyze the cause of impacted growth according to the position and the relationship with adjacent teeth. To expose the dental crown of impacted teeth by operation and paste bracket for guide eruption through different directions and approaches on the impacted maxillar canines.Results23 impacted canines were guided into dental arch with normal dental pulp activity, and the lenth of tooth crown and gingival are normal, and the health alveolar bone.ConclusionIt is an effective way to tract impacted canines with proper surgical procedure, suitable traction appliance and force by analyzing the local relationship. |
