ObjectiveTo explore the effect of HA14-1 combined with cyclophosphamide(CTX)in the expression of bcl-2. bax protein in lung cancer of mice.MethodsLung Carcinoma models were established, which were divided into four groups:Normal saline group,HA14-1 group. CTX group. HA14-1+CTX group. Western blot and immunohistochemisty were applied to detect the expression of Bcl-2,Bax.ResultsCompared to Normal saline group, Bcl-2 protein expression of HA 14-1 group,CTX group,HA14-1+CTXgroup decreased,the expression of Bax increased (P<0.05).Bcl-2 protein expression of HA14-1+CTX group decreased markly,Bax protein expression of HA14-1+CTX increased markly (P<0.05),compared to single HA14-1 or CTX.ConclusionHA14-1 can promote tumor cell apoptosis and enhance the role of CTX chemotherapy by inhibiting the expression of Bcl-2 and increasing the expression of Bax.
