Acute myocardial infarction due to acute coronary occlusion led to a corresponding long-lasting myocardial ischemia caused by severe local necrosis, is the most common type of Cardiology and life-threatening multiple disease. This disease due to its worse condition, fast-changing, high mortality, is a serious threat to people's lives and health, also throws the society and patients into a heavy psychological burden. The acute major obstacle in patients with acute myocardial infarction is emotional tension, anxiety, emotional and psychological stress in patients plays an important role in recurrent disease. Because of excessive stress, anxiety, irritability may cause sympathetic tone, increase blood catecholamine, blood pressure, faster pulse, it's easy to expand the area of myocardial infarction and lead to infarction and arrhythmia, so good psychological care in patients with acute myocardial infarction, is payed more and more attention in the periods of beginning , development and prognosis of acute myocardial infarction to help patients with acute myocardial infarction psychological adjustment, the adjustment as soon as possible a good attitude. So the nurses should talk more with patients to understand their mental state, to lift the psychological pressure, do everything possible to eliminate the patient's anxiety, fear and mental tension, to calm patients to maintain a happy mood, to make them maintain a positive and optimistic attitude towards their disease, so patients can actively receive the treatment and quickly recovery their healthy status, anxiety factors float out at the beginning, so more and more attention has been paid to explore a common method in patients with abnormal mood behind this deep in the factors, so taking a set of strategies for the nursing methods to the AMI patients, , resolving specific difficulties ,. using cluster strategy to the AMI patients on the nursing interventions, sympathizing with the feelings of solicitude and taking care of patients to assist in the elimination of the cause, a proper understanding of the causes, and the nature of the disease to be a scientific explanation, all of above have become a important part of health education and guidance to patients in the nursing field. Objective:The related factors of anxiety in patients with acute myocardial infarction and the effective cluster model of nursing intervention strategies.Method:Using randomized studying method, investigating 88 cases of patients with AMI ,dealing with the data collected for baseline evaluation, realizing the patient's anxiety level, health condition, analyzing their correlations. Randomly dividing the patients into two groups, the intervened group has 44 cases, and the controlled group has 44 cases.Result:88 cases of patients with AMI hospitalized in first day, their anxiety level is significantly higher than ordinary level. The anxiety level in patients with emotional encouragement is a downward trend. Showing that the economic situation , emotional encouragement , sleep quality , objective severity of AMI, the fear of death and absolute bed rest, these six factors is linear with anxiety in patients with AMI. According to analyzing the standardized regression coefficient, X9> X10> X6> X12> X8> X15, the results shows that the quality of sleep influences greatest to the anxiety level in patients with AMI, followed by the objective severity of AMI (X10), economic conditions (X6) second, followed by death fear (X12), emotional encouragement (X8), and the factor that absolute bed rest period (X15),its standard partial regression coefficient is the smallest, suggesting that it plays with the least impact in the anxiety of their AMI patients. Conclusion:Acute myocardial infarction patients are not optimistic about mental health, especially anxiety prevails; economic conditions, emotional encouragement, sleep quality, objective severity of AMI, the fear of death and absolute bed rest during these six factors are AMI Risk factors in patients with anxiety. On the anxiety of patients with acute myocardial infarction nursing intervention is feasible and effective, through the imposition of patient care and intervention, can decrease the patient's anxiety level and improve their health level.
