A Comparison Of Detection Methods Of Perioperative Celluar Immune Function And Traumatic Change In Patients With Gastric Cancer.

Objective : To evaluate the value of measuring peripheral CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg,T-Lymphocyte subsets,NK cells and CRP,SAA,PA before and after operation of gastric carcinoma。Method: The peripheral CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg,T-Lymphocyte subsets,NK,CTL cells,HLADR and CRP,SAA,PA were detectded before and after operation in 37 patients with gastric carcinoma.Use SPSS 18.0 software package to analyze the data. The adopted statistics algorithms are paried T tests, non-parametric test and correlation analysis.Result: CD8+ cell,NK cell activity were significantly lower and CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg,the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ were singificantly higher after operation. SAA,CRP,PA reached there highest /lowest level in the third day after operation.Conclusion: CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg was proved a better way in measuring Celluar immune function changes in patients with gastric cancer than T-Lymphocyte subsets。SAA was proved to be useful indicators in evaluate the change after operation.
