ObjectiveThis study is the sub-topics of" study on the main decision-making of grading nursing ". In the early days the research group studied on the main decision-making of grading nursing and obtained a preliminary argument, as follows "Doctors still can not be considered the best main decision-making of grading nursing, the nurse'expects thought that the nurses could make the grading nursing decision independent, while the doctors' experts thought that the nurses should cooperate with the doctors. Most experts thought that the nurses should cooperate with the doctors. Based on this result, this study is to further certain the qualification of the nurses who can make the grading nursing decision and the training outline of the grading nursing, in order to provide guidance and basis for the future systematic training and lay the foundation for the next experimental work about the nurses make the grading nursing decision in hospitals.MethodsApplication of literature analysis, interview access to decision-making and training for care at home and abroad grading the status quo, and the preliminary design of the decision-making of nurses qualified expert advice and training outline of the questionnaire; the use of a questionnaire survey method for grading nursing qualification recognized expert nurse decision-making preliminary investigations, the identification of sub-qualified nurses in nursing decision-making level; using the Delphi method, a classification decision-making nursing training nursing and teaching across the curriculum outline for the content of screening and determine its weight; the use of Cronbach's coefficient a, the correlation coefficient etc. grading nursing care decision-making Training outline of the reliability and validity testing; SPSS13.0 using Microsoft Excel database and software data processingResults1.Abroad and in China, Hong Kong and Macao regions grading nursing decision-making status of the interview results17 experts from 7 countries and regions were interviewed. The purpose of each course requirements and teaching contents are composed of two parts. The curriculum followed is the latest classification care system-"General Hospital Guiding Principles of Nursing classification", classification based on evaluation methods, nursing, medical and nursing interrogation room common diseases,drug knowledge and disease risk factors, assessment methods, the understanding of the clinical test results, nursing clinical decision making related to knowledge, examination courses.
