ObjectiveDiarrhea areas include non-Western medicine and infectious diarrhea (including prey diarrhea, symptoms of diarrhea, allergic diarrhea and other diarrhea), and the addition of cholera, dysentery and outside most of the infectious diarrhea. Diarrhea in children in China, second only to respiratory tract infection the most common illnesses, particularly among the highest rates of infant morbidity and infectious non-bacterial diarrhea. According to the data analysis, children under 5 years of age the annual incidence of diarrhea 20.10%, the average incidence of 2 per year per child, including 0.51% mortality rate. In recent years, China established a new principle of treatment of diarrheal diseases [1]:(1) to prevent dehydration (2) to correct dehydration (3) to diet (4) rational use of drugs. But medical treatment of children with diarrhea, there are still some deficiencies. In this paper, basic treatment, combined with actual situation Massage diagnosis and treatment, observation of Deficiency and Excess Syndrome massage treatment of acute non-bacterial infectious diarrhea, diarrhea of Deficiency and Excess Syndromes of massage on children with intestinal microflora influence to promote this treatment for clinical and theoretical basis.MethodClinical study:randomized controlled by a simple experiment,50 children with acute non-bacterial diarrhea in children with Cancer. Met the inclusion criteria by acute non-bacterial diarrhea in children were randomly assigned to two groups, experimental group of 25 people,25 control group, treatment group Deficiency and Excess Syndrome massage treatment, control group of oral medicine montmorillonite powder both groups plus feeding guidance, to prevent dehydration and to correct the basis for treatment of dehydration, with three days of treatment, observation of actual situation of massage on children with acute non-bacterial infectious diarrhea in effect, before and after treatment were observed on the lactic acid bacteria, large intestine Bifidobacterium content.ResultsDeficiency and Excess Syndrome Massage therapy in children with acute non-bacterial diarrhea, the total effective rate was 96% in the control group Western montmorillonite powder oral treatment group (total efficiency 76%) than (P<0.05), results can significantly improve clinical cure rate of lactic acid bacteria, E. coli, Bifidobacterium content in effect, but comparison of intestinal flora between the two groups, no significant difference (P> 0.05), but the larger sample size may small to be seen between the two groups.ConclusionMassage to Treat Deficiency and Excess Syndrome children with acute non-bacterial diarrhea, may well improve the clinical symptoms, improve the cure rate in the control of oral treatment of western medicine is better montmorillonite powder should be widely applied.
