The Clinical Study On TCM Integrated Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Of Female Immune Infertility

[Objective] This study will observe the clinical efficacy of female infertility of autoimmune kidney deficiency by applying a TCM integrated treatment in comparision with a Chinese medicine control group so as to find a safe, effective and without side effects of treatment.[Methods] By randomized controlled method, a selection of 36 cases of kidney deficiency immunity in patients with infertility were divided into two groups. The treatment group:18 cases, TCM integrated treatment (Jia Jian Gui Shen Ye, acupuncture and the diet to restore). The Chinese medicine control group:18 cases (Jia Jian Gui Shen Ye). The treatment period for each group is 3 months for one course. To observe the therapeutic effects before and after the treatment from the changes of AsAb or (and) EmAb and the water-level changes of IL-2, IL-6 changes, and the outcome of patients within six months of pregnancy.[Results] 1.The total effective rate of the TCM integrated treatment group is 72.22%, and the control group is 66.67%. There is no significant difference (P> 0.05) of total effective rate between the two groups. Both of the groups can provide effective treatment of kidney deficiency for female immune infertility.2. The TCM integrated treatment group has an obvious improvement on IL-6 by which it can significantly reduce the infertility levels of serum IL-6. The treatment group therefore differed obviously from the control group. [Conclusion] The TCM integrated treatment has a better result in treating the disease of female infertility of autoimmune kidney deficiency and it is a method of safe, effective and without side effects for prenancy. It is helpful to improve the patient's health, get rid of the cause of disease, regulate the immune function, balance yin and yang, reconcile blood and qi, coordinate the internal organs and improve reproductive function so as to achieve the purpose of the pregnancy.
