Study On The Relationship Between The Types Of Syndrome Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And ACA、EmAB And AsAb With Missed Abortion

Objective:Studying the relationship between the different TCM types of missed abortion and the three indexs:anticardiolipin antibody (ACA), Antiodometrial entibody (EmAb), and Antiosperm antibody (AsAb). In this way, it can provide an objective theoretical basis for Missed abortion preventing.Methods:Choosing216patients who fit the diagnostic criterias of West and TCM as object of studies, who also come from the clinical of Missed abortion patients in the hospital of TCM of Xiamen. According to the Dialectical analyzes of TCM, there are five types of the TCM included the syndrome of Deficiency of Kidney, Asthenia of Qi and blood, Blood Heat, Blood Stasis and Damp Retentionand. we will check ACA, EmAb, AsAb in the blood serum by ELIS A method, observing the positive rates of ACA, EmAb and AsAb of different TCM types of missed abortion.Results:In216cases of breast patients, all patients were female. The mean age was29.64±4.53. There were89cases in the group of Deficiency of Kidney (account for42.20%),16cases in the group of Asthenia of Qi and Blood (account for7.41%),36cases in the group of Blood Heat (account for16.67%),95cases in the group of Blood Stasis (account for43.98%), and42cases in the group of Damp Retentionand (account for19.44%).Using ELISA method, the study shows ACA is positive in92patients, including37cases of syndrome of Deficiency of Kidney type (41.57%), Asthenia of Qi and blood type in43cases (18.75%),8cases of Blood Heat type (22.22%),38cases of Blood Stasis (40%),6cases of Damp Retentionand type (14.29%). EmAb positive in73cases (33.80%), including11cases of Deficiency of Kidney type (12.35%),3cases of Asthenia of Qi and blood type (18.75%),5cases of Blood Heat type (16.67%),41cases of Blood Stasis (43.18%), Damp Retentionand type in13cases (23.81%). AsAb positive in83cases (38.43%), including40cases of Deficiency of Kidney type (44.94%),5cases of Asthenia of Qi and blood type (31.25%),9cases of Blood Heat type (25%),16cases of Blood Stasis type (16.84%), Damp Retentionand type in13cases (30.95%). In different syndrome groups ACA, EmAb and AsAb detection were positive expression of certain, distribution between five groups of TCM type and antibody positive has some difference. Positive and negative probability of ACA are various in different TCM types, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), which means ACA have some correlation with TCM types (C=0.255), the positive rate of Deficiency of Kidney and Blood Stasis in ACA was significantly higher than that of the other three TCM types, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.005). Positive and negative probability of EmAb are different at various TCM types, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), which means there is a certain correlation between EmAb and TCM syndrome types (C=0.332), the positive rate of Blood Stasis in EmAb was significantly higher than that of the other four TCM types, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.005). Positive and negative probability of AsAb are different at various TCM types, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), which means there is a certain correlation between AsAb and TCM syndrome types (C=0.276), the positive rate of Deficiency of Kidney in AsAb was significantly higher than that of the other four TCM types, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.005).Conclusion:The distribution between five TCM types and three various positive antibody is different:ACA is associated with Deficiency of Kidney and Blood Stasis, EmAb is associated with Blood Stasis, AsAb is associated with Deficiency of Kidney. These three indicators can provide objective criteria in clinical dialectical in the treatment of missed abortion.
