ObjectiveObservation of paclitaxel liposome and docetaxel combined with carboplatin in advanced epithelial ovarian cancer patients with 2 cycles of chemotherapy efficacy and safety.MethodsRandomly selected 58 patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer patients, randomly selected groups, paclitaxel liposome group:A total of 26 chemotherapy using paclitaxel liposome 135mg/m2; docetaxel group:A total of 32, with docetaxel 75mg/m2 chemotherapy. Both groups were combined with carboplatin area under the curve (AUC)= 5 (Calvert formula),21 d was 1 cycle,2 cycles of treatment, and follow-up clinical events were recorded, according to WHO criteria to evaluate the objective response and toxicity.ResultsPaclitaxel liposome group, three cases of flapping CR,73.1%efficiency (19/26), disease control rate was 88.5%; docetaxel group, three cases of flapping CR, efficiency 68.8%(22/32), disease control rate of 87.5%. The efficiency of the two groups, disease control rate, the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Patients were white blood cells, platelets and decrease the incidence of anemia, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); paclitaxel liposome group flapping nausea and vomiting, rash, peripheral neuritis, the incidence of muscle pain than docetaxel group, the difference statistically significant (P<0.05),The two groups in hair loss, diarrhea, constipation, difficulty in breathing incidence was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusionspaclitaxel liposome plus carboplatin in advanced epithelial ovarian cancer is effective, toxicity than docetaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy in light observation worthy of further study.
