Dealing With The Related Main Factors Of Complications During The Perioperation With Hip Arthroplasty In The Elderly Femoral Neck Fracture Patient

PurposeTo analyze the related main factors of complications during the perioperation treatment with hip arthroplasty in the eld femoral neck fracture patients and to discuss how to treat preoperative coexist disease to satisfied operation and prevent complication in operation and after operation to raise the rate of success of operation.MethodChoose 121 patients with accepting hip arthroplasty from First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from Jan.2007 to Dec.2009.Through reviewing concomitance sign, dealing with complications and choosing methods of operation to analyze to elevate safe of hip replacement in old femoral neck fracture patients.ResultsAll of the 63 patients were safely discharged. There are significant difference among preoperative coexist disease and complicatings between eld group and control group. The scores of Harris in eld group are lower than than of control group.ConclusionHip arthroplasty is effective to cure femoral neck fracture. Through treat with preoperative coexist disease correctly before and prevent complication after operation, most of themcan accept hip arthroplasty safely. Choosing Total hip arthroplasty or hemiarthroplasty base on condition of patients.
