Study On Determining Weights Method For The Resisdent Satisfaction Evaluation Indicators Of Community Health Service

【Objects】To find a more suitable method of weight for resident satisfaction indicators of community health service and provide a scientific and practical method for the future implementation of third-party evaluation on community health service satisfaction in Guangxi.【Methods】A sample survey of telephone questionnaire for resident satisfaction to the conditions of community health service organizations in Nanning Green community is carried out , and the data were analyzed ; based on the analysis of conditions of resident and factors of satisfaction , study emphatically on the determining weights method for the resident satisfaction indicators ;the methods of PCA and Entropy to empower are used to determine weights; Friedman Test,Plot Analysis and Consistency Test are used on comparing the results with the actual survey results to find a more reliable method.【Results】The influencing factors of satisfaction indicators are the age of resident,the conditions of chronic diseases,educational level and convenience of outing .The results of PCA and Entropy to empower turn out to be different, and the further test indicates that the consistency between the result of PCA and the actual is poor(the consistent rate is 20%,Kappa is -0.143), and the consistency between the result of entropy and the actual is common (the consistent rate is 60%,Kappa is 0.429【Conclusions】Entropy is more suitable for Nanning Green community than PCA in the satisfaction indicators weights of residents, worth to further promoting and applying in practice.
