1.objection: To clarify the diagnosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and broke into the ventricles of the brain,to explore the rational treatment .2. methods: Retrospective analysis 252 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and broke into the ventricles of the brain, including medical history, Secondary inspection investigation and treatment outcomes.3. result: The 252 cases of intraventricular hemorrhage and broke into the ventricles of the brain were all diagnosed correctly by the skull CT. 161 cases of basal ganglia hemorrhage rupturing into the ventricles of the brain .91 cases of thalamic hemorrhage rupturing into ventricle . Primary hematoma volume 40 ~ 80ml . 134 cases of conservative treatment. Surgical treatment of 118 cases. 75 cases survived after conservative treatment, 59 died. 102 cases survived after surgical treatment, 16 died.4. conclusion: Clearance of intracerebral hematoma through the small skullwindow , residual hematoma cavitdrainage , and dissolved by UPA, external drainage through ventricular puncturecan be a timely and effective way to remove the brain plot blood;speed up the rate of intracerebral hematoma; shorten the time for the complete elimination of intracerebral hematoma; effectively reduce hydrocephalus and other complications; and improve the prognosis of patient...
