In recent years, continuous renal replacement therapy (Continuous renal replacement therapy, CRRT) has been widely used in clinical treatment of various types of rescue of critically ill patients. Critically ill patients often have serious bleeding and coagulation dysfunction. The anticoagulation schemes of CRRT have been concerned by many scholars. Currently, heparin-free method was widely applied. However, parts of critically ill patients bleeding in the process of heparin-free CRRT is still one of the common complications in clinical. This paper describes applications of CRRT in the ICU and the major heparin-free CRRT methods;Analyzing influence on critically ill patient coagulation of the CRRT the filter, replacement fluid, blood flow velocity, temperature and treatment of blood coagulation function; proposes the corresponding note and adjustment programs.
