With the development of medical science and transform of the medical paradigm as well as the reform of the health care system, raising the level of people's health and social care is increasingly demanded. As the main bearer of nursing work, in recent years due to social environment, occupational risk, remuneration, personal and psychological impact of work, nurses'are enduring increasingly high pressure. At present, the general shortage of nursing staff in hospitals, nurses, faced with heavy workloads, labor-intensive, practice risks, psychological stressful situation, social status, low income and pay out of proportion to the nursing staff have varying degrees of accidie, showing enthusiasm for the work to reduce, emotional irritability, irritability, hopelessness about the future, absence or separation, thus affecting the working efficiency of hospitals. The hospital governors's unawareness of this phenomenon, lack of professional guidance for nursing staff and management methods are not in place, and even some administrative means are taken to treat with absenteeism and low work efficiency caused by job accidies, which virtually increase the occurrence of occupational accidie.In this paper, the writer takes Jinan Iron and Steel Hospital nurse practitioner as the research object, combing through the literature, using a questionnaire survey, case interviews and statistical analysis methods to the three dimensions of job accidie or emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduced personal accomplishment as the dependent variable, to job stress, and demographic characteristics as independent variables for multi-layer analysis, to understand their impact on professional accidie. Through analysis, the writer thinks that the nurses group of Jinan Iron and Steel hospital has a serious phenomenon of occupational accidie in three dimensions, the more serious level of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization level of general, higher personal accomplishment. Burnout in different nursing groups characterized by working post, retaining age, education, job title and employment system and the demographic variables on the dimensions of job burnout are more significantly different. Positions in the hospital departments, emergency medical, surgical nurses, have more serious accidie; in different title groups, retaining the lowest division of the personal accomplishment; different system is more labor, contract nurses, the highest level of emotional exhaustion, low personal accomplishment. The results show that the workload of nurses, working environment, interpersonal relationships and social status are important factors affecting job burnout. Finally, from the individual level, organization level, the writer proposes the measures to treat with occupational accidie, analyzes lack of the study and gives recommendations of following-up study.The innovation of this study including nurses for hospitals for the enterprise as researching object. Burnout of nurses is studied home and abroad, but nurses for hospitals, research companies are seldom studied. Because of different cultural backgrounds, corporate hospitals and local hospitals nursing staff burnout levels must have differences. Secondly, the writer tries to intervene from a career point of view of the burnout status of nurses. Domestic research in this area are lack of attention to this point of view. is to interfere with in-depth study of content. This study has an important practical significance for the promotion of state-owned enterprises hospital nurses job burnout research.
