51 patients with Crohn's Disease(CD),who were confirmed by clinical manifestation, colonoscopy and histology in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital from July 2008 to October 2009,are collected as CD group.According to the Montreal classification, we classify the CD group with age(A1,A2,A3),location(L1,L2,L3) and behavior(B1,B2,B3,p).22 healthy people with negative colonoscopy result are enrolled in the control group. The value of Anti-Sacchromyces Cerevisia Antibody(ASCA) include IgG and IgA in diagnosis of CD is assessed. The relevance of ASCA and patients' characters such as age, location, behavior and activity is considered respectively. In the conclusion, there is significant difference in the level of ASCA-IgG between CD group and control group(p<0.05),which is also found between the patients with complications and those without ones(p<0.05).So ASCA might be useful in prediction and further classification. What is more, the ASCA -IgG that has higher positive predictive value is specific for CD as well as IgA,however both have low sensitivity.Hence ASCA-IgG may be more valuable to differentiate CD from other enteral diseases, and combination of IgG and IgA might not be more powerful in diagnosis. |
