The Clinical Treatment Compare 85 Cases Of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective To analysis the therapeutic effect and affection to Liver function, lipid metabolism, female sex hormone and side effect of different ways. Methods The out- patients visit in our hospital clinic diagnosed anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding treat by Mirena, Marvelon, dydrogesterone from 2007 March to 2008 March, determind menstrual blood volume, female sex hormone, haematochrome, Hepatic function and blood-fat before management and six months after treatment discern with three different treatments above. Results The patients'menstrual blood volume decreased distinguished, haematochrome upgraded obviously with Mirena and Marvelon;the patients'femle sex hormone no different before and after treatment with Mirena, the patients'E2, P breakdown after with Marvelon, the indicatrix of Liver function and lipid metabolism fluctuate in normal ambit after with treatment, the patients'HDL, Apo-A upgraded obviously, LDL, Apo-B breakdown obviously, TG, TC breakdown a little; the side effect and the change of weight of the two ways are little. Conclusion The Mirena and Marvelon are good treatments of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding that with wonderful effect, little side effect, no evid effect of Hepatic function, blood-fat. There are no effect to lipid metabolism within observation period, and it has chance to protect contribution for cardiovascular system of Mirena.
